Sorry, delayed posting here. During the month of January and early February I went to a couple of places, including back to Edinburgh, back to Durham, to Nottingham (to see Robin Hood) and to Glasgow. Both Edinburgh and Durham were to see the inside of the castles that I had not seen on the last trip. Durham actually took two more trips (by the third time I got smart and called ahead to ensure the castle would be open to the public). Nottingham was, of course, to see the place of Robin Hood. We had a great tour there and went down into the caves below the city as well. Glasgow included a tour of the museum and art gallery with everything from dinosaurs to the “Glasgow Boys” (artist group from the early 19th century).
