The Fellwalking Society went to Ambleside today. I found out that a fell is higher than a hill but smaller than a mountain. We took a bus for over two hours, walked for three, then went to the pub and waited for the other groups before heading back home. I was in the “easy” group, the other two groups had longer walks. It was very wet all day, but still was very pretty.
